1. A computerized method of operating a computerized premises apparatus, the computerized method comprising:
causing establishment a connection to a first base station;
causing establishment of a connection to a second base station;
receiving a radio network temporary identifier (RNTI) from one of the first base station or the second base station;
measuring traffic load of user devices in data communication with the computerized premises apparatus;
based on the traffic load, enabling a dual radio connectivity mode, wherein a service association made by a correlation of the RNTI to a mobile subscriber identity (MSI) of the computerized premises apparatus is required to support the dual radio connectivity mode; and
based on the enabling of the dual radio connectivity mode, performing one of (i) receiving first downlink (DL) data from the first base station and transmitting first uplink (UP) data to the second base station, or (ii) receiving second DL data from the second base station and transmitting second UL data to the first base station.
