1. A method of physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) transmission termination comprising:
generating, by a user equipment (UE) as part of a capability reporting framework, an indication that the UE supports terminating a PUSCH transmission for a dynamically scheduled PUSCH;
reporting, by the UE, the indication as part of the capability reporting framework;
receiving, by the UE, a downlink control information (DCI) scheduling the PUSCH transmission that overlaps with one or more repetitions of a hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) process for the UE; and
terminating, by the UE, the PUSCH transmission upon detection of the DCI after a fixed number of symbols, wherein the fixed number of symbols is counted from a symbol after a last symbol of a control resource set (CORESET) of the DCI.
