1. A method of automatedly generating notifications of a vehicle accident occurrence, the method comprising:
receiving accident data indicating a vehicle accident occurrence for a vehicle, wherein the accident data comprises recorded data from a device associated with the vehicle accident occurrence;
converting the recorded data into input for a machine learning model;
applying the input to the machine learning model and, in response, obtaining characteristics for the vehicle accident occurrence;
based on a mapping of the characteristics for the vehicle accident occurrence to notification parameters, determining at least a type of entity to receive accident notifications; and
providing one or more real-time notifications of the vehicle accident occurrence designated for the type of entity,
wherein the type of entity selected to correspondingly receive accident notifications comprise a utility company, and wherein the one or more real-time notifications indicate utility equipment damage caused by the vehicle accident occurrence.
