1. A method comprising:
detecting, by a container storage system, an event that occurs within a container system comprising a plurality of nodes;
determining, by the container storage system, that the event has a potential to impact, by more than a threshold amount, performance of a first virtual network interface used by the nodes; and
transmitting, by the container storage system based on the determining that the event has the potential to impact the performance of the first virtual network interface by more than the threshold amount, a request to a network provider system for the network provider system to provide a second virtual network interface for use by one or more of the nodes.
