1. An underground stormwater storage system, comprising:
an inlet pipe;
a porous backfill, wherein the porous backfill comprises stones;
a first structure, wherein the first structure comprises two bulkheads, wherein one bulkhead is disposed on each end of the first structure, and further wherein the interior of the first structure is capable of receiving and holding stormwater from the inlet pipe;
a second structure, wherein the second structure comprises two bulkheads, wherein one bulkhead is disposed on each end of the second structure, and further wherein the second structure comprises a plurality of perforations;
a connector pipe, wherein the connector pipe is fluidly connected to the first structure and the second structure; and
an outfall, wherein the outfall is fluidly connected to the connector pipe.
