1. An anchor holding system, comprising:
a handling container defining an interior volume and having an opening in communication with the interior volume and that is selectively sealable;
a sterile container defining a sterile container interior volume and being configured to be received within the handling container, the sterile container having an opening in communication with the sterile container interior volume that is configured to be selectively sealable; and
an implant holder configured to be disposed within the sterile container interior volume in a stationary orientation, the implant holder having a base from which an implant engaging fixture extends, the implant engaging fixture including a plurality of implant-engaging protrusions configured to receive and engage an implant to maintain an orientation and position of the implant within the sterile container,
wherein the implant engaging fixture is configured to accommodate implants having different sizes.
