1. A method comprising:
receiving downlink control information (DCI) including a channel state information (CSI) request, a modulation and coding scheme (IMCS) value, and information indicative of a total number of allocated physical resource blocks (NPRB); and
transmitting CSI feedback for two or more component carriers in response to the CSI request, wherein the CSI feedback is transmitted on a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) without uplink shared channel (UL-SCH) data when the IMCS value is 29 and the NPRB value is less than or equal to L where L depends on a number of serving cells.
