1. A truck comprising:
a base configured to be coupled with a deck, the base comprising an aperture;
a hanger disposed within the aperture of the base, the hanger configured to rotate with respect to the base about a pivot axis;
a pivot assembly configured to rotatably couple the hanger with the base along the pivot axis, the pivot assembly comprising a pin and a damper insert, the pin coupled to the base, and the damper insert disposed at least partially in the pin and frictionally engaging the hanger and the pin to limit rotation between the hanger and the base; and
a damping mechanism configured to exert a damping force on the hanger during rotation, wherein the damping mechanism comprises a plunger assembly comprising a housing coupled to the base and a plunger comprising a first end portion and a second end portion, the first end portion configure to contact the hanger and the second end portion disposed within the housing such that the plunger exerts the damping force on the hanger during rotation.
