1. A coating composition for a hole injection or transporting layer or a charge generating layer of an organic electroluminescent device, the coating composition comprising:
an organic metal complex comprising one or more of Group V, Group VI, or Group VII transition metals;
a metal salt comprising acetate, nitrate, or sulfate, and comprising one or more of Ru, Os, Ag, Au, Zn, or Cd; and
an organic solvent,
wherein the organic metal complex comprising one or more of Group V, Group VI, or Group VII transition metals is a structure in which the one or more of Group V, Group VI, or Group VII transition metals are bonded to an organic ligand, and the organic ligand is acetylacetonate, ethylacetoacetate, methylacetoacetate, OPh, carbonyl, methoxy, ethoxy, propoxy, isopropoxy, butoxy, sec-butoxy, tert-butoxy, pentoxy, hexyloxy, heptyloxy, octyloxy, or ethylhexyloxy, and
an atomic ratio of the one or more of Group V, Group VI, or Group VII transition metals among the total metal atoms in the coating composition is 50 at % to 99.9 at %.
