1. A method for generating a coherent radar cross-section (RCS) model of a target, comprising:
receiving a computer aided design (CAD) model of the target;
determining a plurality of frequencies and a plurality of sweeping angles for the coherent RCS model, wherein the sweeping angles represent a range of pose angles of the target relative to a radar sensor:
generating the coherent RCS model of the target based on the CAD model, the RCS model including a frequency response of the target to the plurality of frequencies and the plurality of sweeping angles for each of a plurality of polarization combinations of an incident field and an observed reflected field of radar signals; and
storing the coherent RCS model in a database.
