1. A tunnel lining segment made of reinforced concrete, wherein the tunnel lining segment comprises:
a load transfer area for a longitudinal joint,
a steel bar with an end face installed in the tunnel lining segment,
wherein the steel bar is arranged in the tunnel lining segment in such a way that a tangent to a centroidal axis of the steel bar encloses an angle (α) of between 0° and 45° in the end face with a normal to the load transfer area, and
wherein the end face is arranged at a distance (a) from the load transfer area which is between 0 mm and 10 mm.
