1. A method of performing an operation for a first user equipment in a wireless communication system, the method comprising:
obtaining a first channel status measurement value between a base station and the first user equipment and a second channel status measurement value between a second user equipment and the first user equipment;
based on a first channel traffic between the base station and the first user equipment and a second channel traffic between the second user equipment and the first user equipment being triggered simultaneously and a priority of the first channel traffic being equal to a priority of the second channel traffic, determining whether each of the first channel status measurement value and the second channel status measurement value is equal to or greater than at least one threshold;
based on both the first channel status measurement value and the second channel status measurement value being equal to or greater than the at least one threshold, transmitting one of the first channel status measurement value or the second channel status measurement value based on which triggered buffer size is greater among the first channel traffic and the second channel traffic; and
based on both the first channel status measurement value and the second channel status measurement value being smaller than the at least one threshold, transmitting one of the first channel status measurement value or the second channel status measurement value based on which triggered buffer size is smaller among the first channel traffic and the second channel traffic.
