1. A method, comprising:
based on data, confirming, by network equipment comprising a processor, an installation of a carrier component at a base station equipment, wherein a previously installed carrier component was installed at the base station equipment before the installation of the carrier component;
based on the confirming, identifying, by the network equipment, a criterion associated with a characteristic of operation of the base station equipment;
selecting, by the network equipment, a plurality of time intervals to monitor the operation of the base station equipment;
evaluating the installation of the carrier component at the base station equipment based on: the criterion, a first evaluation of the installation at first times separated by a first time interval included in the plurality of time intervals, and a second evaluation of the installation at second times separated by a second time interval included in the plurality of time intervals, the second time interval being different from the first time interval, the evaluating including estimating a likelihood that operation of the carrier component will cause an adverse event with respect to a threshold likelihood that the adverse event will occur, the adverse event including a prediction of change in performance of the previously installed carrier component during concurrent operation of the previously installed carrier component and the carrier component, the evaluating resulting in a result of the evaluation; and
based on the result of the evaluation, sending, by the network equipment, a signal to the base station equipment indicating that the installation of the carrier component is validated.
