1. An audio spot forming system for transmitting an alert sound to a vehicle traveling on a road, the audio spot forming system comprising:
a first parametric speaker configured to emit a sideband wave; and
a second parametric speaker configured to emit a carrier wave, wherein the sideband wave and the carrier wave intersect with each other on the road to form an audio spot, wherein
the second parametric speaker includes a plurality of second speakers,
the plurality of second speakers is arranged along a direction in which the vehicle travels on the road, and
a plurality of carrier waves emitted from the plurality of second speakers are each caused to intersect with the sideband wave on the road to form a plurality of audio spots.
