1. A file processing device comprising:
a memory storing program code, and
a processor configured to execute the program code to perform operations comprising:
generating a file that stores an encrypted image obtained by encrypting an image with a first encryption key; and
obtaining an encrypted encryption key by encrypting the first encryption key with a second encryption key, wherein
the encrypted image and the encrypted encryption key are associated with each other in the file, and
the encrypted encryption key is a specific-information-containing encryption key obtained by encrypting specific information and the first encryption key with the second encryption key, the specific information being for specifying external data, the external data being data outside the file and being associated with the image.
