1. A method comprising:
obtaining, by dashboard management circuitry, a dashboard access request for one or more open issues each associated with a plurality of variables;
generating, by the dashboard management circuitry and in response to the dashboard access request, a severity score for each of the one or more open issues using a scoring system based on historical issues and corresponding issue outcomes, wherein for a respective open issue, the scoring system ascribes a zero weight to a portion of variables of the plurality of variables identified as being uncorrelated to a respective issue outcome for the open issue;
generating, by the dashboard management circuitry, a dashboard data package based on the severity score for each of the one or more open issues;
causing, by communications hardware, presentation of a graphical user interface generated based on the dashboard data package;
receiving, by the communications hardware, user input based on the graphical user interface; and
performing, by the dashboard management circuitry, an action set based on the user input to manage the one or more open issues.
