1. An arrangement in a photovoltaic solar facility, comprising:
(a) a plurality of inline DC feeder DC/DC voltage step-up harnesses each comprising a weatherproof housing containing a plurality of DC/DC converters each having a two-pole input and a two-pole output,
(i) wherein, in the housing for each respective inline DC feeder DC/DC voltage step-up harness, the outputs of the plurality of DC/DC converters are connected together in parallel, and are terminated with a respective pair of connectors located on an outside of the housing and provided as an exterior two-pole output from the housing, and
(ii) wherein, for each inline DC feeder DC/DC voltage step-up harness, the two-pole input of each respective DC/DC converter is terminated with a respective pair of connectors located on an outside of the respective housing and provided as a two-pole input exterior to the housing for the respective converter;
(b) a plurality of PV inputs; and
(c) a combiner box that feeds into a central inverter;
(d) wherein each said exterior two-pole input of each said harness is connected via its connectors to a respective one of the plurality of PV inputs; and
(e) wherein the exterior two-pole output of the housing of each respective harness is connected via its connectors to the combiner box.
