1. A computer-implemented system, comprising:
an electromechanical machine configured to be manipulated by a patient while the patient is performing an exercise session, wherein the electromechanical machine comprises at least one pedal, and wherein further, the at least one pedal is configured to move during the exercise session;
a patient interface configured to display information to the patient; and
a server computing device configured to:
receive one or more first characteristics pertaining to the patient;
using the patient interface, initiate a virtual shared session, wherein the virtual shared session comprises a plurality of multimedia feeds, and each multimedia feed of the plurality of multimedia feeds is associated with a respective patient which comprises a plurality of patients; and
during the virtual shared session, present, on the patient interface, a first layout comprising the plurality of multimedia feeds, the one or more first characteristics, or some combination thereof.
