1. A method of adjusting light emitted from a display of a computerized device, the method comprising:
based on light detected by one or more sensors, measuring, by the computerized device, a color of the light;
based on the light detected by the one or more sensors, measuring, by the computerized device, a brightness of the light;
determining, by the computerized device, a plurality of transitions to perform, wherein the plurality of transitions comprises:
a first transition that adjusts a color of light emitted from the display from an initial color of light emitted by the display prior to the adjusting to a target color of the light based on the measured color of the light; and
a second transition that adjusts a brightness of the light emitted from the display from an initial brightness of the light emitted by the display prior to the adjusting to a target brightness of the light that is a defined offset brightness from the measured brightness of the light; and
causing, by the computerized device, the plurality of transitions to occur.
