1. An integrated circuit comprising:
a first voltage regulator to receive a supply voltage and provide a regulated voltage to a load circuit in a snooze mode; and
a second voltage regulator to receive the supply voltage and provide the regulated voltage to the load circuit in an active mode, wherein the second voltage regulator is configured to receive the supply voltage at at least one of a level above the regulated voltage or at a level below the regulated voltage and to provide the regulated voltage to the load circuit when the supply voltage is above the regulated voltage or when the supply voltage is less than the regulated voltage, wherein the second voltage regulator comprises:
a first transconductor to compare a reference voltage to a feedback voltage and to output at an output node a comparison signal based on the comparison; and
a second transconductor to receive a bias voltage and output a saturation prevention signal to the output node to prevent the first transconductor from saturation.
