1. A signal transmission system, comprising:
a demodulator to receive a modulated signal and form a complex baseband signal; and
a filter to remove one or more noise components from a digital representation of the baseband signal, the filter having one or more zeros at one or more complex frequencies corresponding to the one or more noise components, and the filter not having a zero at a complex conjugate of the one or more complex frequencies.
