1. A louvered fin comprising:
a longitudinal axis;
a latitudinal axis;
a first set of apertures disposed along a first axis;
a second set of apertures disposed along a second axis, wherein individual apertures of the second set of apertures are offset from respective individual apertures of the first set of apertures along the longitudinal axis by a first offset distance, and along the latitudinal axis by a second offset distance; and
a third set of apertures disposed along a third axis, wherein individual apertures of the third set of apertures are offset from respective individual apertures of the second set of apertures along the longitudinal axis by a third offset distance, and along the latitudinal axis by a fourth offset distance, wherein the first offset distance is greater than the third offset distance.
