1. A wellbore tool, comprising:
a casing having an inner diameter and having three or more pads integrally formed therewith and extending radially outward therefrom, the casing and the three or more pads formed from a same material, at least one of the pads having a pocket therein;
one or more batteries and one or more sensors located within the pocket; and
one or more additional components coupled to the one or more sensors using an electrical cable, the one or more additional components located within the inner diameter of the casing.
