1. A system for lifting or stabilizing a building foundation comprising:
at least one pier comprising:
a first elongated support pile defined by a first shaft having a first diameter and a first axial length;
a second elongated support pile defined by a second shaft having a second diameter and a second axial length;
wherein each of the first and second elongated support piles are configured to complete an end-to-end connection via mutually perpendicular first and second fasteners extending across the first and second diameters; and
a support attachable to the at least one pier for lifting or stabilizing the building foundation when the at least one pier is anchored at a below ground position at a desired depth.
