1. A galvanized steel sheet comprising:
a base steel sheet; and
a Zn—Al—Mg-based plating layer provided on at least one surface of the base steel sheet,
wherein the Zn—Al—Mg-based plating layer includes a surface modification region enriched with cerium (Ce) on a surface layer side of the Zn—Al—Mg-based plating layer, and
wherein the surface modification region comprises:
a convex portion provided by zinc-cerium nitrate salt (Zn—Ce—NO3—H2O) attached to a surface layer of the Zn—Al—Mg-based plating layer; and
a concave portion provided by removing magnesium (Mg) of the surface layer of the Zn—Al—Mg-based plating layer.
