A surface expression vector for expressing target proteins, the surface expression vector comprising: a first promoter, a gene encoding a poly-gamma-glutamate synthetase complex for surface anchoring, and a gene encoding the target protein; and a second promoter, a gene encoding a poly-gamma-glutamate synthetase complex for surface anchoring, and a gene encoding a target protein,
wherein the first promoter is represented by SEQ ID NO: 1,
wherein the second promoter is represented by SEQ ID NO: 2,
wherein the gene encoding the poly-gamma-glutamate synthetase complex is pgsA and has the nucleotide sequence of any one of SEQ ID NOs: 21 to 23 and 32 to 34.
