1. A composition of a water-based foamed fluid for drilling depressed areas in oil and gas wells, the composition comprising:
(i) a base fluid;
(ii) a stabilizing agent comprising treated montmorillonite;
(iii) a viscosifying agent comprising Xanthan gum with an average molecular weight of 2×106 g/mol;
(iv) a filtering reducing agent;
(v) a clay inhibiting agent;
(vi) an alkalizing agent and acid gas sequestering agent;
(vii) a thermal stabilizing agent comprising a polymer derived from an alkali metal salt of 2-acrylamide-2-methyl-propane sulfonic acid; and
(viii) a foaming agent comprising is a mixture of saturated fatty acids of the alkyl group of 10 carbon atoms to 14 carbon atoms with a range of 2 to 8 moles of ethylene oxide,
wherein the composition of the water-based foamed fluid has a thermal stability higher than 180° C.
