1. A transition metal compound represented by the following Formula 1:
in Formula 1,
X is —Si(R1)(R2)(R3), or an aryl group of 6 to 20 carbon atoms, where any one among R1 to R3 or the aryl group of 6 to 20 carbon atoms is optionally combined with Hf to form a five-member ring,
R1 to R3 are each independently an alkyl group of 1 to 20 carbon atoms, a cycloalkyl group of 3 to 20 carbon atoms, an aryl group of 6 to 20 carbon atoms, an alkylaryl group of 7 to 20 carbon atoms, or an arylalkyl group of 7 to 20 carbon atoms,
R4 and R5 are each independently hydrogen, an alkyl group of 1 to 20 carbon atoms, an alkenyl group of 2 to 20 carbon atoms, an alkynyl group of 2 to 20 carbon atoms, a cycloalkyl group of 3 to 20 carbon atoms, an aryl group of 6 to 20 carbon atoms, an alkylaryl group of 7 to 20 carbon atoms, or an arylalkyl group of 7 to 20 carbon atoms,
R6 is hydrogen, an alkyl group of 1 to 20 carbon atoms, a cycloalkyl group of 3 to 20 carbon atoms, an aryl group of 6 to 20 carbon atoms, an alkylaryl group of 7 to 20 carbon atoms, or an arylalkyl group of 7 to 20 carbon atoms, where if X is an aryl group of 6 to 20 carbon atoms, R6 is hydrogen, a branched alkyl group of 3 to 20 carbon atoms, or an unsubstituted cycloalkyl group of 3 to 20 carbon atoms,
each Y is independently halogen, an alkyl group of 1 to 20 carbon atoms, an alkenyl group of 2 to 20 carbon atoms, an alkynyl group of 2 to 20 carbon atoms, a cycloalkyl group of 3 to 20 carbon atoms, an aryl group of 6 to 20 carbon atoms, an alkylaryl group of 7 to 20 carbon atoms, an arylalkyl group of 7 to 20 carbon atoms, a heteroaryl group of 5 to 20 carbon atoms, an alkoxy group of 1 to 20 carbon atoms, a substituted or unsubstituted aryloxy group of 5 to 20 carbon atoms, an alkylamino group of 1 to 20 carbon atoms, an arylamino group of 5 to 20 carbon atoms, an alkylthio group of 1 to 20 carbon atoms, an arylthio group of 5 to 20 carbon atoms, an alkylsilyl group of 1 to 20 carbon atoms, an arylsilyl group of 5 to 20 carbon atoms, a hydroxyl group, an amino group, a thio group, a silyl group, a cyano group, or a nitro group, and
n is an integer of 2 to 4.
