13 Claims

1. A pharmaceutical composition comprising a compound of the following formula:

wherein

W is C(O)R, CH₂OR or CH₂R, wherein R is H, or an optionally substituted group selected from acyl, arylalkyl, aryl, heteroaryl, aliphatic, heteroaliphatic, cycloaliphatic and heterocyclyl groups, and

V is H or OH,

or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof;

and

an immunologically effective amount of an antigen.
