1. A method for regulating the superficial gas velocity in a fluidized bed, wherein solid catalysts are used as fluidized particles or as a part of the fluidized particles, characterized in measuring the superficial gas velocity u of the reaction zone of the fluidized bed, comparing it with the bed average catalyst density p of the solid catalysts in the reaction zone of the fluidized bed, adjusting the superficial gas velocity u as needed so as to allow the superficial gas velocity u and the bed average catalyst density p satisfy the formula (I) below:
