1. A handle for an introducer sheath, said handle comprising,
a first steering assembly disposed in said handle configured for attachment of a first steering cable thereto,
a second steering assembly disposed in said handle configured for attachment of a second steering cable thereto,
a first steering lever disposed on an outer surface of the handle and pivotably secured to said first steering assembly,
a second steering lever disposed on an outer surface of the handle and pivotably secured to said second steering assembly,
wherein said first and/or second steering lever is capable of being selectively pivotably positioned in either a locked position in which that steering lever is non-rotatably fixed to the handle portion, or in an unlocked position where said steering lever can be rotated relatively to the handle portion.
