1. A direct soft tissue implantable device comprising:
any material structurally capable of resisting deformation once crimped;
wherein said material comprises at least one interior border, where said interior border defines at least one interior opening, which accommodates a diameter of soft tissue;
at least one exterior border, which is accommodated by a crimping pliers;
wherein once crimped to said soft tissue, said device further comprises opposing ends, which extend perpendicularly from said soft tissue, which abut against a fixation surface; and
wherein said opposing ends are held against said fixation surface by a resting tension of said soft tissue.
