21 Claims

1. A component for a vapor provision system comprising:

a boundary wall separating a reservoir for holding a fluid from a chamber for housing a vapor generator, the boundary wall comprising two or more adjacent rigid bodies abutted against one another at edges of the adjacent rigid bodies, and sealed to one another at the abutting edges; and

a tubular aperture in the boundary wall providing a fluid transport path from the reservoir to the vapor generator;

wherein the aperture is defined between the two or more adjacent rigid bodies, one or more of the adjacent rigid bodies being shaped on their abutting edges to define an opening for the tubular aperture, and the two or more adjacent rigid bodies enclosing a perimeter of the aperture along at least part of a length of the aperture; and

wherein the two or more adjacent rigid bodies are sealed to one another by ultrasonic welding, by laser welding, by gluing or by a resilient element interposed between the two or more rigid bodies.
