A mouse comprising: an upper housing portion; a lower housing portion; a central lock; and a printed circuit board, the lower housing portion and upper housing portion capturing the printed circuit board and held in position by the central lock; and the lower housing portion has an opening to accept the central lock; the upper housing portion has a cam protruded from an inner surface of a cylindrical structure aligned with the opening, the cam is less than one turn on the inner surface; and the central lock has an opposing cam to rotationally engage through the opening with the upper housing portion cam that couples the printed circuit board adjacent to the cylindrical structure in place; and the upper housing portion, the lower housing portion and the central lock are built with the same type of plastic; and the central lock is the only coupling device that assembly the upper housing portion to the lower housing portion; and the upper housing portion and lower housing portion couple with the central lock to define a mouse housing having no screws and no adhesive disposed within an interior of the housing that couple the upper and lower housing portions together.
