1. An electrical system, comprising:
an energy control system electrically coupled to a plurality of loads and a utility grid;
a photovoltaic (PV) power generation system electrically coupled to the energy control system, the PV power generation system configured to generate and supply power;
an energy storage system electrically coupled to the energy control system, the energy storage system configured to store power supplied by the PV power generation system and discharge stored power to the energy control system; and
an electric vehicle (EV) charger system electrically coupled to the energy control system, the EV charger system configured to supply power received from the energy control system to an EV battery,
wherein the energy control system is configured to distribute power received from the utility grid, the PV power generation system, and the energy storage system to the plurality of loads and the EV charger system,
wherein the energy control system comprises a controller configured to receive electronic data from at least one of the utility grid, the PV power generation system, the energy storage system, the EV charger system, and the plurality of loads,
wherein the controller is configured to select at least one of the utility grid, the PV power generation system, and the energy storage system to supply power to the EV charger system to charge the EV battery based on the electronic data,
wherein the EV charger system is configured to operate according to a selected mode of operation that includes:
an on-demand mode, wherein the EV charger system charges the EV battery at a fixed charging rate that remains fixed over a period of time, and
a dynamic mode, wherein the EV charger system charges the EV battery at a dynamic charging rate that fluctuates over a period of time.
