1. A veneered element, comprising
a substrate,
a first layer arranged on the substrate,
a second layer arranged on the first layer, wherein the second layer is transparent or translucent, and
a veneer layer arranged on the second layer, wherein the first layer is visible through a defect of the veneer layer.
