1. A reduced-pressure system for treating a tissue site, comprising:
a porous member comprising a plurality of flow channels for distributing reduced pressure and receiving fluids;
a fenestrated film coupled to the porous member;
an adhesive layer coupled to the fenestrated film opposite the porous member; and
a sealing member configured to be applied to the porous member and to create a sealed space.
