1. A driving control apparatus configured to control a driving unit that moves relative to each other a vibrator that is excited to vibrate by applying a first driving signal and a second driving signal that have a phase difference with each other, and a contact member that contacts the vibrator, the driving control apparatus comprising at least one processor, and a memory coupled to the at least one processor, the memory having instructions that, in a case where executed by the processor, perform operations as:
a first control unit configured to control the phase difference; and
a second control unit configured to control a voltage amplitude of each of the first driving signal and the second driving signal,
wherein the second control unit controls the voltage amplitude so that a change rate of the voltage amplitude increases as an absolute value of the phase difference decreases.
