1. An electronic control device that notifies a fraud detection server to information about an in-vehicle network system including an in-vehicle network, the fraud detection server being located outside a vehicle, and the electronic control device comprising:
a first communicator that receives a message from the in-vehicle network;
a second communicator;
a processor; and
a memory including at least one set of instructions that, when executed by the processor causes the processor to perform operations including:
determining, based on the message received by the first communicator, a priority using at least one of (i) a state of the vehicle included in the message and (ii) an identifier included in the message; and
extracting the information about the in-vehicle network based on the message received by the first communicator,
wherein the second communicator notifies the fraud detection server to notification information including the priority and the information about the in-vehicle network, and
wherein in the determining the priority, a value of the priority is increased for a case where a type of the message determined by the identifier of the message received by the first communicator indicates one of: (i) a control message related to the driver assistance function or a self-driving function; (ii) a message related to firmware-updating of the electronic control device included in the vehicle; (iii) a message related to a notification about a running state of the vehicle; or (iv) a diagnostic message of the vehicle.
