1. A vibrator generator comprising:
a frame including an annular shape;
a swing unit; and
an elastic member, wherein
the frame and the swing unit are connected via the elastic member,
the elastic member includes a first joint portion connecting to the swing unit, a second joint portion connecting to the frame, and a beam portion connecting between the first joint portion and the second joint portion,
the beam portion is entirely arranged between the frame and the swing unit in a direction perpendicular to a swing direction of the swing unit,
the width of the first joint portion or the width of the second joint portion is larger than the width of the beam portion connecting between the first joint portion and the second joint portion in the swing direction of the swing unit.
