1. A developing device comprising:
a frame having an accommodation chamber in which a developer is accommodated; and
a stirring member stirring the developer in the accommodation chamber, the stirring member including a rotating shaft portion rotatably supported by the frame, a first sheet portion and a second sheet portion overlapping each other with respect to a thickness direction and each of the first sheet portion and the second sheet portion having one end as a fixed end fixed to the rotating shaft portion and another end as a free end, a third sheet portion and a fourth sheet portion overlapping each other with respect to a thickness direction and each of the third sheet portion and the fourth sheet portion having one end as a fixed end fixed to the rotating shaft portion and another end as a free end, and the stirring member being rotatable according to a rotating operation of the rotating shaft portion,
wherein a length between the fixed end and the free end of the first sheet portion is longer than a length between the fixed end and the free end of the second sheet portion, a length between the fixed end and the free end of the third sheet portion is longer than a length between the fixed end and the free end of the fourth sheet portion, and when the stirring member is rotated, the free end of the first sheet portion and the free end of the third sheet portion are capable of contacting an inner wall surface of the accommodation chamber, and
wherein, the first sheet portion includes a through hole penetrating in the thickness direction, and the second sheet portion does not include a surface which contacts with the developer in a region corresponding to a position where the through hole of the first sheet portion is provided.
