23 Claims

1. A method of alleviating or ameliorating a symptom of fibrosis in an individual in need thereof, the method comprising administering to the individual in need thereof a therapeutically effective amount of an inhibitor of insulin-regulated aminopeptidase (IRAP), thereby alleviating or ameliorating the symptom of fibrosis in the individual.
