a frame including
a central portion configured to be positioned against a native leaflet of a native mitral valve, and
an inlet portion extending laterally outwardly from the central portion and then back laterally inwardly towards the central portion, wherein the inlet portion is S-shaped and is configured to engage a floor of an outflow tract of a native heart atrium and restrict movement of the heart valve repair device in a downstream direction of blood flow at the native mitral valve; and
a support arm extending outwardly from the frame and configured to extend around and clamp a native leaflet of the native mitral valve between the support arm and the central portion of the frame.
