1. A computer-implemented method, comprising:
identifying one or more communication capabilities and first and second communication term versions of a first cognitive interface, wherein the first and second communication term versions each comprise one or more specified features usable during an interaction using the first cognitive interface;
identifying one or more communication capabilities of a second cognitive interface;
determining a first probability of a particular user emotional reaction for the first communication term version, and a second probability of the particular user emotional reaction for the second communication term version;
determining a desired emotional outcome of an interaction between a user and the first cognitive interface;
selecting the first communication term version from among a plurality of communication term versions, wherein the plurality of communication term versions comprises the first and second communication term versions, wherein the first communication term version is selected based on the determined first and second probabilities of the communication term versions and the desired emotional outcome;
creating an interaction between the user and the first cognitive interface and the second cognitive interface using the selected first communication term version, wherein the creating includes setting text and video to be presented in parallel by the first and second cognitive interfaces in accordance with the respective communication capabilities of the first and second cognitive interfaces; and
sending the interaction to a communication device associated with the user.
