1. A polyphenol-containing food or drink product comprising a browning-inhibiting composition,
wherein the browning-inhibiting composition comprises: at least one compound (1) selected from the group consisting of: baicalin monoglucoside, baicalin diglucoside and baicalin triglucoside, and
the polyphenol in the polyphenol-containing food or drink product is catechins.
