1. A method, performed by a control node, for migration of a stateless computation service in a mobile communication network, the method comprising:
obtaining, from a core network node in the mobile communication network, information indicative of a need to migrate the stateless computation service from a source compute node in the mobile communication network, the need resulting from resource utilization at the source compute node being too high, or a demand from a user equipment (UE) for the stateless computation service elsewhere in the mobile communication network, or both;
obtaining information indicative of network-level configuration parameters from the core network node, and wherein a target compute node is selected from a group of candidate target compute nodes, the group of candidate target compute nodes being identified based on the obtained information;
obtaining a requirement profile for the stateless computation service, and wherein the target compute node is selected from those candidate target compute nodes in a group that fulfil the requirement profile, wherein the requirement profile is a location profile based on location of the UE or a specific geographical area; and
initiating, based on the obtained information and the requirement profile, migration of the stateless computation service from the source compute node to a target compute node in the mobile communication network for hosting of the stateless computation service at the target compute node.
