1. A customizable device, comprising:
a body made at least partially of a material comprising a shape memory polymer, the material having a glass transition temperature that is above body temperature, and the body having an original shape at a first temperature that is lower than the glass transition temperature;
wherein the material is configured to be heated from the first temperature to a second temperature, the second temperature being higher than the glass transition temperature, at which second temperature the material is deformable to a first shape;
wherein the material is further configured to be cooled from the second temperature to a third temperature, the third temperature being lower than the glass transition temperature, at which third temperature the first shape is maintained; and
wherein after the first shape is maintained the material is further configured to return to the original shape when the body is heated to a fourth temperature that is higher than the glass transition temperature.
