1. An apparatus comprising:
interface circuitry;
machine readable instructions; and
programmable circuitry to execute the machine readable instructions to at least:
perform a comparison of provider data and panel data to identify a bias between a first segment of a coverage footprint associated with the provider data and a second segment of the coverage footprint associated with the provider data, the provider data including at least one of return path data or automatic content recognition data reported by media devices, the panel data reported by media device meters, the first segment of the coverage footprint associated with a first media device type, the second segment of the coverage footprint associated with a second media device type;
weight a portion of the provider data to determine a weighted portion of the provider data to represent the first segment of the coverage footprint;
weight a portion of the panel data to determine a weighted portion of the panel data to represent the second segment of the coverage footprint; and
output an addressable advertisement rating based on the weighted portion of the provider data and the weighted portion of the panel data.
