1. A method comprising:
transmitting, by a base station to a wireless device, a first downlink control information (DCI) via a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) of an active bandwidth part (BWP), of the wireless device, during a discontinuous reception (DRX) active time;
switching to a first downlink BWP as the active BWP during the DRX active time;
starting, in response to the switching, a BWP inactivity timer of the first downlink BWP;
transmitting a second DCI via a PDCCH of the first downlink BWP;
receiving a packet via a transmission interval of periodic resources indicated by a configured grant;
restarting the BWP inactivity timer at a time based on the transmission interval;
switching, in response to an expiration of the BWP inactivity timer, to a second downlink BWP as the active BWP during the DRX active time; and
transmitting a third DCI via a PDCCH of the second downlink BWP.
