1. A charging method of a non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery comprising a negative electrode including a carbon material and a silicon compound as a negative electrode active material, comprising:
a first charging step of charging a battery capacity Q1st satisfying an expression described below at a first constant current value, when a ratio of a capacity of the silicon compound to a rated capacity Q is x (0.1≤x≤0.5); and
a large current charging step of charging at a constant current value larger than the first constant current value, after an end of the first charging step,
the expression being: 0.38x+0.063−α≤Q1st/Q≤0.38x+0.063+α
wherein α=0.1.
